We strive to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or handmade craftsmanship (especially for customized items).

All product specifications (size, weight, material, etc.) are provided for guidance only. If you have specific requirements, please contact us at support@jjonlinestore.pk before placing your order.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via:

  • Faisal Bank (Bank Transfer)
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • NayaPay

For bank transfers and mobile wallet payments, please send your payment receipt to our WhatsApp numbers (+92 311 302 4000 or +92 335 332 1121) for order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. COD may not be available for high-value items, customized products, or specific locations. We reserve the right to verify COD eligibility before processing your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

4. Order Process & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

    • The product is out of stock.

    • There is an error in pricing or product description.

    • The delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable.

    • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners: M&P and TCS.

Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (3–5 business days).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

JJ Online Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available on select products and orders.

Customers using COD must provide accurate contact information for delivery confirmation.

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return charges.

Repeated COD order refusals may result in a permanent block on COD eligibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here’s our policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jjonlinestore.pk or via WhatsApp with clear photos of the product and packaging.

    • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges) after verification.

Refund Process:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or NayaPay).

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Customized Items Policy

Customized gifts (engraved, printed, or personalized) are made specifically for you.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) before placing your order.

Once a customized order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

We will share a digital proof/design for approval before production (when applicable). Production will only begin after your final confirmation.

9. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse or violation of these terms.
